CANCELLATION /TRANSFER POLICY 

One month’s notice, fully paid and in writing is required from 

any gymnast wishing to terminate club membership

Any gymnast joining our club after leaving another club 

must provide a clearance letter from the previous club

 Please make sure that your child is dressed correctly for classes

BOYS - Either the club leotard and shorts  or T-shirt and shorts/tracksuit pants

GIRLS - All girls are required to wear a leotard for classes, and have their hair tied up.

GYMNASTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN JEANS OR SCHOOL UNIFORM

A FEW MORE GUIDELINES 

 PLEASE REMEMBER:

It is our policy to start classes at the scheduled time. 

Please make sure that your child is at the gym on time, 

and is also picked up promptly after classes

Strictly NO SPECTATORS are allowed in the gym. 

The only exception to this rule is made for new gymnasts,

 when parents will be allowed to observe classes for the first lesson.

 Siblings of gymnasts are not allowed into the gym, 

and are never allowed on the apparatus.

Parents and gymnasts who arrive early are to remain out of the hall 

until the instructor signals the beginning of the class. 

It is of the utmost importance that you explain to your children the dangers of playing 

on the apparatus without a coach present. We have an impeccable safety record, 

and wish to keep it that way.

It is the responsibility of the parent to inform coaches 

of any physical problem or changes in the physical health of your child.
