About UsOur mission is to ensure that your children learn gymnastics in a nurturing environment, where they have fun while developing their bodies and minds. One of our goals is to help our gymnasts gain confidence in themselves and their abilities. Class sizes are kept small for individual attention, and classes are run by qualified, friendly coaches. Our ProgramOur instructors are fully qualified, experienced, fun to work with, and completely professional. Our facility is fully equipped for Artistic Gymnastics and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed.We start our gymnasts off from age 3 years, with a specialised "kidnastics" class.Please click on the kidnastics tab for more information. Our beginner programme starts from 5 years. In this group, the gymnasts are introduced to all the basic elements on all apparatus.Intermediate and advanced gymnasts are introduced to the SAGF Levels Programme, and our club takes part in Regional competitions.Our club is affiliated to the Central Gauteng Gymnastics Association and the South African Gymnastics Federation.
